History
The history of the National Underground Hand Soccer Confederation reaches as far back as two weeks ago, to the week of April the 23rd, 2006. Established by its founders, Aaron E. Daniele and Eric S. Seemiller, NUHSC is the fastest growing sport in the history of existence, expected to gross over 900,000 players and 6 billion viewers worldwide by 2014 (U.S. Census Bureau). "But what if I want to play NUHSC?" Well, small and meager waste of existence, YOU CAN! Simply conjur up the equipment necessary, learn the rules and begin beating your friends into bloody pulps. The rules are explained in the Rules section of this website. The equipment necessary to play NUHSC is simply a set of two knee-hockey goals, an official NUHSC ball (available wherever quality goods are sold), a pair of kneepads and a music playing device. Once NUHSC's viewing audience breaches the 1.5 billion mark, starter kits will be available from the NUHSC Commision for the low low price of $50.
Our founding fathers are two individuals who should not be left without credit. Aaron E. Daniele is our high school's valedictorian and loves men to boot. Eric S. Seemiller is our senior high class president and <3's the dudes more than anyone. As you can see, high academic and social acheivement does not mean you can't suck the life and soul out of your dearest friends in NUHSC. In fact, it probably helps a bit not to be a big dumb ape. But anywho, our founding fathers established NUHSC in its original arena, Aaron Daniele's basement. Originally developed under the notion of singles action, NUHSC involved only two players at a time. The ground rules, with minor alteration, existed much as they do today. The first recorded, though unofficial, NUHSC match pitted the founding fathers against one another. In an epic battle, Eric and Aaron played their hearts our, sweating and toiling toward victory. At halftime, they were stalemated. Then, Eric decided to throw the first wrench into the NUHSC works by debuting the song that is now known as "Oh, godammit, not this song." Eric had unleashed Meatloaf's "Paradise by the Dashboard Light," an 8:27 homage to pain and suffering. Feeling the pangs of hunger and losing precious consciousness at every turn, Aaron and Eric resorted to simply beating each other in the center of the arena, ignoring the ball and the purpose of scoring, for the entire duration of the 8:27 song. This proves the most important principle of NUHSC:
BEAT
YOUR
FRIENDS
Beat Your Friends.
